There are four different viewing options.

• Kanban Sorted by Invoice Status:
  • Use: This view organizes your invoices into columns based on their current status.
  • Benefits: It's a visual way to quickly see the status of each invoice and can help you prioritize tasks. You can drag and drop invoices between columns as their status changes, making it easy to update and manage them.
• Table:
  • Use: The table view presents your invoices in a structured, tabular format with rows and columns. Each row represents an individual invoice, and each column contains specific information about the invoice, such as the invoice number, client name, due date, amount, and more.
  • Benefits: This view provides a detailed and organized overview of all your invoices. You can sort, filter, and search for specific invoices easily. It's suitable for tasks like data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Calendar by Due Date:
  • Use: This view displays your invoices on a calendar, with each invoice marked on its due date. You can see when invoices are due at a glance.
  • Benefits: It's a visual way to manage your invoice deadlines. You can quickly identify which invoices are coming due or are overdue.
• Archived Invoice Table:
  • Use: This view is for storing old invoices that have already been paid.
  • Benefits: By checking the ‘Archive’ box invoices will be automatically moved to this view, allowing you to keep your main table and Kanban view uncluttered with historical data. It's a way to maintain a clean and organized workspace while still having access to past invoice records when needed.

FAQs

• Is this template customizable? Absolutely! You can easily modify and personalize the template to suit your specific needs. Add, delete, or rearrange sections as you wish.
• Will it work on mobile devices? Yes, but it is optimized for viewing on a laptop or desktop, so the experience will be very different. Using a mobile device is not recommended.
